In this Customizing activity, you can specify the fields in a trading contract that can be changed manually in a shadow trading contract by assigning fields to groups. You need to change fields to control the update of the BOM items if a shadow item is updated during an update of a shadow trading contract update or during online processing. You can assign a group of changeable fields to a profile for BOM items.
In the standard system, the available fields have the following meanings:
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| ALT_BOM | Users can select an alternative BOM for a BOM header. In this case, a new BOM explosion is performed. |
| BOM_PROFILE | If a user selects another BOM item profile in the shadow trading contract, a new BOM explosion is performed. |
| KWMENG | Users can change the order quantity of BOM components in a sales-side shadow trading contract. |
| MENGE | Users can change the order quantity of BOM components in a purchase-side shadow trading contract. |
| POSD | Users can delete components of a BOM. |
| KETDAT_MM | Users can change the requested delivery date of a purchase-side shadow trading contract. |
| KPRGBZ_MM | Users can change the delivery date format of a purchase-side shadow traing contract. |
| KETDAT_SD | Users can change the requested delivery date of a sales-side shadow trading contract. |
| KPRGBZ_SD | Users can change the delivery date format of a sales-side shadow trading contract. |
Note
You can include additional fields by extending the structures KOMWBHI_BOM and KOMWBHD_BOM.
- Define a group by entering a four-character ID and a description.
- Assign fields that you want to be changeable in a shadow trading contract to the group.
You define a group and assign the field Sales Quantity (KWMENG) that is stored in table KOMWBHI_BOM. You assign the group to a profile for BOM items in the Customizing activity Define Profiles for BOM Items.
