In this Customizing activity, you define critical changes of condition contract data that shall lead to a status change of the condition contract. Critical changes are grouped in a critical changes group that you assign to relevant condition contract types.

For each critical change, you can set a lock for the whole condition contract or a lock for the condition contract settlement.

Note: When you specify settlement locks in a critical changes group you also have to configure L Settlement Lock is supported for the Support of Settlement Lock parameter in the condition contract types to which you assign the critical changes group. Otherwise these entries for critical changes are not considered when checking critical changes.

  1. Choose dialog structure Critical CC Changes to define critical changes groups.
For each critical changes group you enter in the Critical CC Changes table, specify the Consequence of a Change of Settlement Calendar Data, the Consequence of a Change of Business Volume Selection Dataand a Text for the critical changes group.
To enter descriptions in other languages, select a table line and choose Goto -> Translation.
  1. Select a table line and choose dialog structure Critical Header Changes to specify critical changes for header fields.
For a new entry in the Critical Header Changes table, enter the Field Nameof the desired header field and select the corresponding Consequence.
  1. Select a table line and choose dialog structure Critical Condition Changes to specify critical changes for condition contract conditions.
For a new entry in the Critical Condition Changes table, specify either M Purchasing or V Sales in the Application column, enter the Condition type, specify the Operation for the condition type, and select the corresponding Consequence.
