In this Customizing activity, you assign sales condition types to a condition type group.

You have defined sales condition types in Customizing activity Define Condition Types and sales condition type groups in Customizing activity Define Condition Type Groups.

If you want to define a condition type group with condition types for which the condition contract number is used in the access sequence, you have to set the Relevant for Condition Contract Determination in Pricing indicator for the condition types in Customizing activity Specify CC Determination Relevance and Copy Control for Condition Types.

  1. Choose dialog structure Condition Type Groups.
Choose function New Entries to enter a new condition type group in the Condition Type Groups table. Specify the Usage of Condition Contract Number for Condition Type parameter.
  1. Select a line in the Condition Type Groups table, choose dialog structure Condition Types for Group and assign required condition types.
For a new line in the Condition Types for Group, specify a counter, the required condition type, a corresponding access sequence step, and optionally, you specify a sequence, a color, a default condition type, the condition table sequence, and the usage of a combination of condition type and condition table.
Make sure you use the same sequence number for the same condition type, and specify the condition table sequence only once.
If you have specified A, Condition Contract Number Must Appear in Access Sequence, for the condition type group, the field help for the condition type displays the condition types for which you have selected the Relevant for Condition Contract Determination in Pricing indicator. If you have specified B, Condition Contract Number May Not Appear in Access Sequence, the field help shows condition types where this indicator is not selected.
