W_WD_GM_005 - Grouping of Allowed Criteria for Plant Selection

In this IMG activity, you define which of the criteria already defined are to be made available to the user in the dropdown box.

To simplify the assignment to plants, one grouping schema is determined as the standard and this is then used automatically by way of integrated logic for those plants to which no grouping schemas have been assigned.

Proceed as follows:

1. Define one or more grouping schemas depending on whether the requirements of the business process are uniform or different in your plants. Assign the required criteria to each grouping schema.
2. On the overview screen of the grouping schemas, flag one grouping schema as standard.
   
   You must flag one grouping schema even if you use only one grouping schema.
3. Now assign the grouping schemas to your plants.
   
   For plants that are to use the standard grouping schema, you do not need to make any entries due to the integrated logic.
