W_WLFA_0027 - BAdI: Enhancements for Archiving

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Settlement Management (LO-AB) component. You can use this BAdI to enhance the archiving features in Settlement Management.
The archiving object has been selected as a filter.
- Method can_doc_be_archived:
- Use this method to include additional tests when determining if a document is to be archived. If a document with the document header i_wbrk is not to be archived, parameter p_error must be set to 4. As this method can be called more than once, the parameter value should always be set from zero to the error value. Never leave the value as zero. This means that a single error in an implementation prevents archiving. Messages added to table t_emsg are displayed in the log.
- Method can_reglst_wbrk_be_archived:
- Use this method as an archiving test for the settlement documents in your supplier settlement list. The supplier settlement list can only be archived when all documents in the list are ready for archiving. Parameter i_wbrk contains the settlement document header and i_wbeln is the document number for the supplier settlement list. If error variable e_error is set to 4, archiving is prevented.
- Method del:
- This method is called during the deletion run after the Settlement Management document data whose header table is transferred to it_wbrk has been deleted from the database. This method can be used to delete enhancement data that is no longer required. Note that this data is irrevocably lost. It is therefore important that only technical data that contains no business information be deleted. Unless your data fulfills this condition, it must be archived. Then create your own archiving reports.
