In this Customizing activity, you define complaints status for complaints processing in Settlement Management and then assign them an internal status.
You set/update the complaints status in the processing programs that you implement using the method PROCESS from the Business Add-In WLF_CWB. You do
this to display the status of the complaints process. The internal status assigned to a complaints status shows the processing status of a complaints procedure.
When you create a complaints document, the default status that is saved in Customizing for the complaints reason is set.
Define a complaints status and assign it an internal status. You then define whether the status can be set manually or automatically.
