W_WLFA_E008 - Define Forms

In this Customizing activity, you can change existing forms and create new ones.

Forms are needed for printing and faxing.

The following forms are provided for use in Settlement Management in the standard system:

  • WLF_INVOICE01 Settlement Management Invoice
  • WLF_INVLI01 Settlement Management Document List

Use the standard data. This means that you do not have to perform any further activities.

If you want to make changes to a form, make a copy of the SAP form and change the copy.

  1. Check the standard SAP forms and determine what changes you need to make.
  2. Enter the standard form that you want to copy.
  3. Choose Form -> Create/Change to display the header data screen of the form.
  4. Choose Form -> Save as... and enter the name of the new form.
  5. Edit and activate the new form.
