_BA-CA-V_TBKKSOAUTH - Maintain Amount Limit/Principle of Dual Control for Standing Order

For the amount-dependent authorizations for posting standing orders, the same applies as for payment orders.

The difference from the preceding units is that, for standing orders, the principle of dual control applies to the creation and maintenance of the standing order data and not to the execution and posting itself.
