You can use the BAdI ICM_DOC_REQCONFCRTCO to specify a commission application.

The BAdI implementation ICM_DOC_REQCONFCRTCO is activated in the standard delivery. The default coding is automatically executed.

The BAdI is intended for multiple usage. All activated implementations are called and executed.
