You can use the BAdI ICM_SE_CMSNCASECRTRQCONF to create a commission case.

The message elements of message variables of message type:

  • Commission Case ERP Create Request _sync
  • Commission Case ERP Create Confirmation _sync

are mapped to ICM-specific variables.

The BAdI implementation ICM_SE_CMSNCASECRTRQCONF is activated in the standard delivery.The default coding is automatically executed.

This BAdI is filter-dependent. The following filter is available:

  • APPL commission application

This BAdI is intended for multiple usage. All activated implementations are called and executed.
