_CACS_HRMD_ADJ_UE - Define Roles for Newly Created Business Partners

In this activity you can define the roles to be assigned to a business partner that is newly created through the HR interface. To do this, use a user exit for the BTE event CACS3000.

Each business partner newly created through the HR interface is assigned the role "employee".

1. Copy the function module CACS_SAMPLE_PRC_CACS3000.
2. Export the roles assigned to the newly created business partner using the parameter ET_ROLES. If necessary, you can determine these roles using organizational data (employee subgroup) that is available through input parameter IS_P0001.
3. Assign your function module "Settings -> Process function modules -> ...of a customer" (in transaction SAP Business Framework: Business Transaction Events) to the process CACS3000.

This setting is only required in the target system.
