_CML_PPO_VA_BPROC - Activate Creation of Postprocessing Orders

In this IMG activity you can activate the creation of postprocessing orders for each business process and, if required, deactivate it again.

If the business processes supplied by SAP in system table Business Processes(/SAPPO/S_BPROC) are not sufficient for your requirements, you need to carry out IMG activity Define Business Processes.

In the standard system, creation of postprocessing orders is deactivated for all business processes. For this reason, before you can use the Postprocessing Office, you definitely have to carry out this IMG activity.

If you temporarily do not wish to generate postprocessing orders for a business process for which there is an active entry in this IMG activity, you only need to deactivate the entry in this IMG activity. In this case you can leave the entry made in IMG activity Assign Priority to Business Processes as it is and then reactivate the entry in this IMG activity as soon as you want the system to generate postprocessing orders again for the business process in question.

Choose a business process and set the Activate Business Process indicator, or remove the indicator from an existing entry.

Note:

If you do not choose a business process but set the Activate Business Process indicator, you activate the creation of postprocessing orders for all business processes for which you have not created an individual entry.
