In this activity, you specify for the archiving object CORRSPND, for each correspondence type and application form, the retention duration, after which archive files containing correspondence requests can be destroyed.

If you do not make an entry for the correspondence type and application form, you can create a generic entry where you define the retention duration after which the archive files can be destroyed.

Make sure that you enter the retention duration of the archive files containing correspondence requests of the correspondence type and of the application form, the data of which you want to destroy.
