Before you can access the credit check in an external credit management system from SAP CRM in order to perform a liability update, you must connect your CRM system with the XI interfaces to the credit management system.

Note:

An external credit management system can be connected to SAP CRM as part of a customer project solution.

Make sure that the XI content for the SAP CRM software components and for the corresponding credit management application is installed in the Integration Repository for your XI server. The XI content is available on the SAP Service Marketplace as a patch under SAP CRM.

Define Connection for Credit Check in XI

For the credit check, you must connect the sender interface CreditWorthinessQuery_Outfrom the namespace http://sap.com/xi/CRM/Global to the external receiver interface in the external credit management system. Specify the corresponding interface mapping if required.

Define Connection for Liability Update in XI

For the liability update, you must connect the sender interface CreditWorthinessQuery_Outfrom the namespace http://sap.com/xi/CRM/Global to the external receiver interface in the external credit management system. Specify the corresponding interface mapping if required.
