In this IMG activity, you define a period for which EDRs are to be displayed as standard in the telecommunications-specific Interaction Interaction Center (IC WebClient). You define this period for each user role in IC WebClient.

If you do not specify a period, the system displays the EDRs from the past three months.

You specify the last six months as the period for which EDRs are to be displayed.
