_CRMV_IST_00003 - BAdI: Change Lock Data

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used to decide how the locks should be maintained in Subscription Order Management. For example, you can define whether locks should be sent to an external system or whether they should be deleted because they are not relevant.

The interface contains the following methods:

• Service_Lock_Check
  You can use this method to avoid, for example, the locking of a phone connection that must not be locked (for example the phone connection of a hospital).

• Lock_Outbound
  The locks are distributed to non-SAP systems using xml messages. You can maintain the messaging with this BAdI method.

For entries that should not be processed by standard call, remove the lines from ls_lock_message_proxy-lock_bulk_notification-lock.

If messaging should not be triggered, delete all lines of the lock table ls_lock_message_proxy-lock_bulk_notification-lock.
