In this activity, you define profiles for the collection history for a business partner or account.

SAP supplies a standard profile for the collection history for business partners or accounts.

Enter a description for the new profile, which the Interaction Center agent can select later.

To add a profile, enter the new profile in the table and implement your customer-specific function module, which controls this profile, at event 2860. Assign the new profile to the FI-CA profile in the activity Edit FI-CA Profiles.
