_CRMV_PROV_HIST - Define BRF Events for Contract History

In this activity you define the BRF events (Business Rules Framework events), to extend the display of the history for telecommunications-specific contracts Interaction Center WebClient.

To do so, create BRF events with the boolean event type. You check whether a specific process has been executed in a provider order in the BRF events. If the BRF event returns the value true, the system includes a new line with the text from the BRF event in the contract history.

Specify the BRF events to be used to check for existing change processes.

You can restrict the check so that specific BRF events are only checked for contract items with a specific product role. If you do not make any entry in the Product Role field, the system checks the BRF event for all contract items.
