_CRMV_RISK_CL - Define Texts for Risk Classes and Perform Categorization

This function is only released for the Telecommunications and Utilities industries.

In this activity, you define the texts for the risk class from SAP Credit Management or an external credit management system. These texts are used to display the business partner's risk class in the Interaction Center WebClient and the telecommunication-specific dealer application.

You can also assign risk classes to a variety of categories. In the IMG activity Define Icons for Risk Class Categories, you can define an icon for the category, which you can then display, for example, in the telecommunication dealer application when selling telecommunication contracts.
