In this activity, you can define replacement tasks for clerk determination. You only have to make settings here if you have defined your own tasks for clerk determination.

SAP provides the following sample function modules:

  • TS21000269 - FICA collection specialist
  • TS21000274 - FICA collection unit
  • TS21000273 - FICA collections department

If necessary, delegate the standard tasks to your newly created customer tasks.

You want to add a new parameter to a standard role.

  1. Copy the role delivered by SAP. On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Tools -> Business Workflow -> Development -> Definition Tools -> Tasks/Task Groups -> Copy.
  2. Add the new parameter to the standard role you copied.
  3. Refer to your customer task (replacement task) in the standard task.
From this point onwards, only your customer task will be executed.
