Define the individual form templates for correspondence types and correspondence roles.

The defined form templates are used when printing correspondence using output management.

For some business transactions, you can maintain your own form templates, which overwrite the templates defined here. For example, you can define a form of your own for each dunning activity.

The required correspondence forms are maintained.

Check the assignments delivered and change them if necessary.

Further Information

If you specify form determination for a correspondence type and leave the correspondence role empty, this form determination is valid for all correspondence roles of this correspondence type.

However, you can also define form templates for each combination of correspondence type and correspondence role.

For example, you can define the following:

• Bank statement in initial recipient role -> 'Bank statement original form’ form templates.

• Bank statement in second recipient role-> 'Bank statement copy forms’ form templates.
