In the activity, you specify (at client level) which fields are generally not required in the document. You entry only affects those transactions that you use to post, change or display a document.

Note
Fields can be hidden both at client level and for entry variants. Your entries for entry variants are in addition to those at client level.

Specify the fields to be suppressed.
