Define the derivation of the reporting key from document data.

The derivation of the internal reporting key is used for the required data for recording foreign trade declarations. The derivation is to be defined fully for all main and subtransactions that are relevant for the foreign trade declarations. If the Customizing settings are missing, the document data is not recorded.

If the indicator AWM ‘active for the reporting of receivables and payables’ is set, the settings for the static items are not relevant.

If the indicator AWM ‘active for payment’ is set, the setting for the static items is relevant on the condition that the derivation for the static items has been defined here.

Under Organizational Units -> Set Up Company Codes for Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable, set the indicator AWM for the company codes that you use.

Under Organizational Unit -> Specifications for Foreign Trade Declarations you have to define the directory or the reporting key under this directory.
