Define the tolerance groups that the system uses to determine permitted difference amounts when clearing open items. You assign tolerance groups to the contract account using the contract account master records.

1. Define the tolerance groups.
2. Ensure that the relevant tolerance groups are defined in the master records of the contract accounts. Tolerance values only take effect if this is the case.
