The system calculates the taxes on sales/purchases for the USA and Canada for each document. To calculate the tax, the system directly calls the external tax system with all business partner items for documents from settlement.

To post taxes, define the parameters for determining the G/L account here.

Define transaction keys and condition types for each tax level. Also enter the tax code used.
