_FICABI_FKKBIXBIT_CO - Maintain Billable Item Classes

In this activity, you define billable item classes.

You make settings for billable item classes by following these steps:

• Selection of interface components

• Selection of customer fields

• Management of billed item tables

• Management of tables of billed items for simulation

• Management of indexes for database tables

• Selection of fields for optimization of performance and data storage

• Changing the configuration status

• Activation of the configuration
  
  

Once you have completely defined a billable item class and you have set the appropriate status for both the configuration and activation, then you can generate interfaces.

To be able to select customer fields, these fields must exist in the system. You have the following options:

• Create these fields in the Custom Fields app.

Then include the fields in your class and generate the class.

• Include these fields in the corresponding Customizing include.

SAP does not supply any classes.

Define the classes you need to satisfy your technical requirements. The settings you make here influence the appearance of the database tables, as well as the interfaces for the data transfer.
