In this activity, you define the default reason for the reversal of unrated consumption items. This reason is used unless the reversal process specifies an explicit reason.

When you reverse an unrated consumption item, the system treats this item as a definitively excepted item. It is then no longer possible to restore the item.

That means that the system places the consumption item in a database table for excepted consumption items and shows it with a reversal reason and a reversal indicator.

The effect is that this item is no longer taken into account during rating.

You can only use exception reasons with the exception type Reverse Item, Restoration Is Not Possible.
