In this activity, you specify for each subprocess which billable items are allowed to be reversed.
In the standard system, reversal is allowed. Reversal of billable items is only restricted if you make the appropriate configuration in this activity.
For each subprocess, specify the billable items for which reversal is possible, for example:
- All items
- No items
- Items not yet invoiced
You define that for the billable items of subprocess A, reversing billable items of every status is allowed. For billable items of subprocess B, however, you define that only billable items that were not yet invoiced can be reversed.
