Define the short account assignment for transfers between G/L accounts. Using this key, it is possible to enter transfer postings quickly into the accounts entered in the system settings.
Additionally, you can define addresses for notification mails.
With the help of the short account assignment defined here, when you are working with a payment lot or clarifying incoming payments, you can post amounts to the account defined in this short account assignment without having to enter G/L account items. This is necessary, for example, if items are not to be cleared in a contract account or are to be posted to a clarification account. This is for example feasible if the payment amount has been determined for another department.
If you select the workflow field, an event is triggered when entering the corresponding short account assignment that can be processed further by other applications; to start a workflow in another department, for example.
For each short account assignment, you can define a mail address by means of which the system notifies the processor responsible. It is possible to use both Internal mail addresses and external users with internet addresses.
