Define time-dependent (in monthly period split) credit weighting.

This allows for a different weighting of creditworthiness, depending on the number of months between a dunning notice or returned item and the calculation of creditworthiness.

Define the values you want.

BAL_S_LOG - Application Log: Log header data   SUBST_MERGE_LIST - merge external lists to one complete list with #if... logic for R3up
