In this activity, you enter the settings for capacity planning per dunning activity. For this, you define the maximum number of dunning notices with a dunning activitiy that can be processed in a
- dunning run
- without an additional release approval procedure.
The dunning proposal run can determine a processing organization and if required, a clerk that can execute follow-up activities for dunning activities.
A collections department must be entered. This means that you can only use capacity planning in connection with Organizational Management, which derives the individual organizational units (clerks).
To activate the derivation of the organizational unit/clerk in the dunning activity, you have to select the field Determine Clerk for each dunning activity in the activity Configure Dunning Activities. You can only perform capacity planning for the dunning activity if you have set this indicator.
