Define the variants for the collection history.

Variants for the collection history group events of a collection history. They control which type of collection history the user uses. That is, which events are executed and which events the collection history focuses on.

The events of a variant can link to other events within the same variant. In the case of such referencing, the system tries to bring events together in a context in which information for an event is displayed as subnode for information of the referenced event.

The events required for the collection history are maintained in the system.

1. Check the variants delivered.
2. Define any new variants, where necessary.

Variant DUNNING contains events such as 'dunning', 'correspondence', and 'payments'. The event 'correspondence' contains a reference to the event 'dunning'. In the collection history, the system assigns information about correspondence as subnode of information for dunning.
