In this activity, you define dunning activities for dunning open, overdue items.

You then assign the actvities to the dunning levels in the activity Configure Dunning Procedure.

• The function modules required exist in the system.

• You have maintained the required application forms.

1. Check the dunning activities delivered and change them if required.
2. Define any new dunning activities that you require. Use only activity types 01 and (only for industry component Insurance) 02.
