In this activity you define the events of the collection history.

You can then assign the events defined in this activity to the variants for the collection history.

The events of the collection history are defined by a unique ID, a description, an event category, and a reporter class.

• Corresponding event categories are configured in the system.

• The appropriate reporter classes are implemented in the system.

For more information, see the documentation of the reporter classes.

The standard delivery contains events for the collection history including dunning, correspondence, work item, and payment.

1. Check the events delivered.
2. Define any new events, where necessary.
