You define the clearing reasons for which interest calculation is not possible retroactively.

For items on which interest is due to be calculated (and which are cleared with one of the clearing reasons defined here) interest is no longer calculated retroactively following clearing.

Interest should not be calculated on items cleared by reversal. For these items you define the clearing reason "Reversal".
