Collection agencies also report payments for open receivables that they could collect as occurring returns through the Inbound Service CommissionedOutstandingCollections.

A return can occur, for example, if a receivable cannot be settled by the bank or card details specified by the business partner.

So that reported returns can be processed automatically by the Inbound Service CommissionedOutstandingCollections, define the document type and return reason, as well as the clearing account, to be used for posting returns.
