You define the clearing reason and default values for the document type and the transfer currency that are used when posting a transfer document.
You can also define the following here:
- Whether credit can be transferred
- Whether a partial transfer is allowed
- Whether the current dunning level of the business partner items to be transferred should be transferred.
The required document type, the clearing reason, and the transfer currency are defined.
The expected standard value for the clearing reason is "03" = transfer.
