In this activity, you define the specifications for the check level and the clearing reason as well as the proposal values for the document type and the write-off currency that the system uses when posting a write-off document. .

The check level determines which open items the system selects.

You have defined the document type required, the clearing reason, check level, and the write-off currency.

Note

The fixed value for the clearing reason is "14" = mass write-off.
