In this activity, you find the database views that you use for analyzing billable items.

The prerequisite for generating database views that you use for analyzing billable items is that you activate the interface component Data Analysis in the configuration of the billable item classes you want to analyze (see Customizing for Convergent Invoicing under Basic Functions -> Billable Items -> Billable Item Classes -> Maintain Billable Item Classes).

SAP provides settings for predefined database views that you can use immediately. These include basis views, which are generated for a billable item class, and combined views, which support analysis of billable items across classes.

You can also specify your own customer-specific database views.

For analysis purposes, you can use database view /1FE/24BITUNINV. The database view considers the following billable item statuses:

• Raw (0)

• Billable (2)

• Billed (4) (not yet invoiced)
