Define the variants for the foreign currency valuation.

Create the valuation variants and define with which of the valuation methods and for which evaluation area the various local currencies of a company code are to be valuated.

You have defined the required valuation methods and evaluation areas.

Valuation variant: LOC (local valuations)

Valuation for company code 0001 in company code currency (currency type 10): HGB valuation according to lowest valuation principle.
