_FICACLRE_FQC1355 - Define Adjustment Accounts for Reclassification by Due Date

You define the adjustment accounts and target accounts for the reclassification of installment plan items and open items based on their due dates.

This function differs from the function for reclassification of receivables and payables that serves to display receivables and payables of customers with credit balances and vendors with debit balances. Instead, the purpose of this function is to display open items for a key date that are not yet due items, sorted according to their due date. For each grid, you can specify a separate target account for the reclassification.

It is also possible for the system to consider installment plans when determining the due date. In that case, the due date of an assigned installment overrides the original due date of the open item. You can specify separate target accounts for reclassifications that are based on installment plan agreements.

The data is determined as it is for the reclassification of receivables and payable using an export from the Create Open Item List for Key Date app. If you want to consider installment plans, you must execute an installment plan evaluation beforehand using the Evaluate Installment Plans for Key Date app.

You can then post the data determined to the relevant adjustment and target accounts using the Post Reclassifications by Due Date app. With the configuration activity Specification of Document Types for Reclassifications, it is possible to determine the document type proposed for the posting.

In the standard system, the following key fields are activated: Company Code, G/L Account and Grid Upper Limit.
