Activate the creation of service disconnection and reconnection requests and make the central settings for the processing of these requests.

1. To activate service disconnection and reconnection, set the Disconnection Active indicator.
2. Specify the minimum open amount to trigger a disconnection.
3. Specify the maximum open amount to trigger a reconnection.
   Or alternatively, specify up to what percentage of the dunning amount can still be outstanding before you reconnect a service.
4. Assign the Disconnection proposals (1020) dunning activity to the desired dunning level of the desired dunning procedures.
   To assign the dunning activity, choose the Configure Dunning Procedure configuration activity.
