Define the permissible causes for clarification cases.

You can check the default reason codes and add other case reasons to the same case type as necessary. To add a reason code, you can add a new entry and enter the relevant details. Alternatively, you can copy an existing reason code and change the ID and text.

The case type is defined.

In the attribute profile, the reason (REASON_CODE) attribute should be marked as a dropdown for display to avoid entry errors.
