_FICAINGL_V_TFK014 - Specify Aggregation of Reconciliation Keys

The purpose of these settings is to reduce the number of line items transferred to the general ledger (before this transfer takes place) by using the aggregation of reconciliation keys.

The settings apply to mass activities with jobs that run in parallel, and in which documents are posted. A separate reconciliation key is used for each job. Using this setting, you can aggregate all reconciliation keys that were created as part of a mass activity. You group them together under one aggregated reconciliation key, before the items are transferred to the general ledger.

For the mass activities, for which you want to aggregate the reconciliation keys, enter the reservation object that belongs to them.

If you want to aggregate the reconciliation keys for all mass activities in which documents are created, then you can enter an asterisk (*) for the reservation object.
