_FICAINV_ARCH_CUS2 - Define Additional Settings for Archiving of Billing Documents

In this activity, for each document type you define how many days a billing document must have been in the system before you can archive it.

The retention period specified here for each document type overrides the standard retention period for the billing document.

1. For each document type, define the control for the archiving of the additional data in the field ArchSupp.
   The system cannot archive the billing documents without this information.
2. You can also specify the retention period for the deletion of additional data; again, you can do this for each document type.

The definition of the retention period per document type is optional. If you do not define a retention period here, the system accesses the standard retention period.
