If end customers procure services or benefits externally (for example, in supermarkets or at service stations and automatic teller machines), the payment is made at that location. The system therefore does not post a receivable as the offsetting posting. Instead, the system generates a clearing posting. In this activity, you enter the account determination for this clearing posting.
