_FICAINV_TFK2670 - Maintain Clarification Reasons

In this activity, you define the reasons leading to the creation of a clarification case.

These clarification reasons are used in clarification cases to classify them on the basis of the different causes that make clarification necessary.

You can assign different clarification reasons to each clarification case category.

You can use the clarification reason to define whether the clarification case can be processed automatically, or whether it can only be processed manually.
