In this activity, you can define the minimum number of days a valuated consumption item must have been in the system before you can archive it and then delete it.
You can also define the minimum number of days an excepted consumption item must have been in the system before you can delete it. When doing so, you can define different residence times for the Raw Excepted and Rateable Excepted statuses.
You can define this setting for consumption item class 0SAP.
The default setting for the residence time is 180 days.
