_FICAMA_FPN_MA - Define Number Range

In this activity, you define the number ranges for master agreements. For each number range, specify the following:

• Number range key

• Number interval, from which the system draws the master agreement numbers

• Type of number assignment (internal or external)

1. Choose Interval -> Change.
2. Choose Edit -> Insert Interval.
3. Define number range 01 for internal number assignment and number range 02 for external number assignment.
4. For both number ranges, enter a number range interval from which the master agreemeent numbers are taken.
5. Save your entries.

You can transport number range objects by choosing Interval -> Transport on the Interval Maintenance: Master Agreement screen for the master agreement.
Note: First, all intervals of the selected number range object have to be deleted in the target system, so that after the import, only the exported intervals exist in the system. The number ranges are imported with the value they had at the time of the export.
Dependent tables are not transported or converted.
Make sure that the number ranges are synchronized with the number ranges used by SAP CRM.
