In this configuration activity, you configure the filter for the selection of billable items.

You use these filters to apply rules to only a subset of the billable items or contract partners as for example, the granting of discounts on billable items.

The contain selection conditions. A billable item qualifies if it fulfills the selection conditions.

You can create filters both in the production system and in the test system.

Note

The following applies to the assignment of technical keys and names for filters:

  • Filter names are only allowed to contain the letters A to Z or the numbers 0 to 9 and underscores (_).
  • Compound filters have to start with Z or 9.
  • All other filters are only allowed to contain the letters A to Y or the numbers 0 to 8.
